Job Summary:

Roles and Duties:
- Safely drive trucks to deliver products to scheduled customers.
- Unload products using a two-wheeler, pallet jack, or by hand.
- Place products in designated customer storage areas.
- Verify accuracy of delivery and obtain proper signatures.
- Handle collections and payments as required.
- Perform customer service duties to enhance client satisfaction.
- Complete all pre-trip and post-trip inspections on equipment.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Valid CDL Class A license with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications.
- Minimum 6 months of commercial driving experience (any industry) or 3 months in food/beverage delivery.
- Ability to operate a manual transmission preferred (may be required at some locations).
- Must register with the FMCSA Clearinghouse.
- English proficiency: must be able to read, converse, and write in English for safety and reporting requirements.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift/carry/push/pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repetitively.
- Must be comfortable driving and working in inclement weather.
- Frequent stops (10+ per shift) required.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly base rate starting at $32.32/hour; range is $32.00–$35.00 depending on experience and qualifications.
- Eligible for overtime compensation.
- $10,000 Retention Bonus paid over one year.
