Store Manager

Job Summary:

As a Store Manager, you will lead a high-performing team to deliver outstanding customer experiences and execute all aspects of store operations. Reporting to the District Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, and developing team members to meet company goals and performance standards. Your leadership will drive sales and enhance brand loyalty while maintaining a strong focus on customer service and team development.

Duties and Roles:

• Coach and motivate team members to deliver top performance and excellent customer service
• Implement company standards for recruiting, hiring, training, visual merchandising, and operations
• Drive key performance indicators to achieve sales and profitability goals
• Promote brand loyalty by fostering a personalized and engaging customer experience
• Act as a liaison between customers, team members, leadership, and corporate partners
• Lead by example with clear, engaging communication and a strong customer focus
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure store presentation meets company expectations
• Train and develop staff on product knowledge and customer engagement techniques

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a customer-facing retail or sales environment
• Strong interpersonal skills with confidence in engaging customers
• Passion for results, athletic products, and delivering a superior customer experience
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, omni-channel retail setting
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial skills
• High ethical standards and integrity
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
