Senior ServiceNow Manager

Job Summary:

Foot Locker, Inc. is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Development Manager to lead its ServiceNow development platform in delivering world-class technical solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and Security Operations. This hybrid position (3 days onsite in Dallas, TX) involves managing a highly technical team and building strong partnerships with global stakeholders to drive innovation and improvement on the ServiceNow platform.

Duties and Roles:

• Lead a ServiceNow technical team to design, develop, and implement complex solutions.
• Architect and deliver end-to-end solutions for ITSM modules like Incident, Request, Change, Asset Management, Discovery, CMDB, and Security Incident Response.
• Collaborate with product teams and global process owners to ensure solution alignment with business goals.
• Prioritize platform work based on impact, value, and complexity.
• Ensure system integrations are scalable and maintainable.
• Guide Agile team ceremonies and foster an Agile product culture.
• Oversee ServiceNow upgrade cycles and maintain platform performance and data quality.
• Mentor, coach, and support team members with technical and leadership guidance.
• Continuously improve team processes and encourage experimentation and innovation.
• Communicate team outcomes via regular status reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience with ServiceNow and leading development teams.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow platform architecture, scripting, integrations, and Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in reviewing code, workflows, and technical designs.
• Deep understanding of microservices and API integrations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to engage stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Certifications such as CSA, CAD, or CIS are preferred.
