Retail Warehouse & Production Associates

Job Summary:

The Retail Warehouse & Production Associate at Savers / Value Village is responsible for creating an excellent experience for customers, donors, and team members. This role involves working with donated goods, organizing inventory, and ensuring the store is well-stocked and ready for customers. Associates will help process donations, maintain a clean and safe working environment, and provide support across various departments within the store. We are hiring for both Full-Time and Part-Time positions.

Roles and Duties:

• Assist in the processing of donations, including sorting, pricing, and organizing inventory for the store.
• Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment to meet daily production and performance goals.
• Provide excellent customer service to both donors and customers.
• Ensure that the store is well-maintained, clean, and organized.
• Collaborate with other team members to create a positive and productive atmosphere.
• Support store operations, including stock replenishment and store displays.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Positive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction and teamwork.
• Previous retail or warehouse experience preferred but not required.

Minimum Required Education and Experience:

• No formal education required.
• Previous experience in retail, warehouse, or production environments is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
